Application for admission to UG/PG course should be made in the Application Form which is available along with the Prospectus at Jaya College of Arts & Science, CTH Road, Thiruninravur, Chennai- 602 024.
Every application should be accompanied by 3 recent passport size and 2 stamp size photographs and attested photocopies of the following:
- Higher Secondary Mark Sheet or its equivalent for admission to degree courses
- Degree Mark Lists and Degree certificate for PG admissions.
- Transfer Certificate from the Principal of the School/College last attended.
Selected candidates should deposit all the original certificates with the college which will be returned only after the completion of the course.
- Higher Secondary Mark Sheet or its equivalent for admission to degree courses

- Transfer Certificate from the Principal of the School/College last attended.
- Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the School/College last attended.
- Community Certificate issued by a competent authority in the case of BC/MBC/SC/ST.
- Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the University of Madras (for students from other Boards/Universities within India or outside India).
Foreign students must enclose copies of the following:
- No Objection Certificate from HRD, Government of India
- Eligibility Certificate from the University of Madras
- Valid Student Visa and Passport
- Residential Permission to stay in India
- The tuition fee for the course to be paid at the Administrative Office/ College Office.
